Do you make it flat on the other side or does it matter?

I do but using the side of the mixing bowl. BUT then I have to roll them into balls and roll in sugar. At least the molasses and the Norwegian whites.

I judged my 4h dog obedience and showmanship today. It was a good experience. It was nice to see a bunch of kids working hard.

I went and checked out the steer and hogs. Some nice looking specimens. Made my mouth water.
