I was just getting ready to go check the animals tonight, and it started raining. So i watched another movie and played with clay. After i checked the animals and closed up the buildings, i went and picked more peas. Those things are soooo tasty. Hubby likes his cooked. None of them ever get that far.

Been up since 1:30 (dad had to go to the airport) but enjoyed letting out the lil ones in the rabbit pen. Bless his little heart he tried acting all bad @SS with mama hen.

Sigh. Listening to hubs start up “sketchybird” again this morning makes me wonder.

Why the flying flock am I paying too freaking much a month for a vehicle that only goes out on weekends for errands. Fer flock sakes.

Oh I guess he doesn’t want to get it dirty cause his job he gets dirty?

Should have thought of that before you bought the gas guzzling tire hog.

Was 97 here today. Going to be a whopping 100 tomorrow. In June. In NC. That's basically unheard of.

We're having a similar odd weather on the opposite coast. Last year it was EXTREMELY hot so early on.. this year it is EXTREMELY wet and fairly mild. Which is good because of the fire season and water table. This past December we hit an all time high of 70F! Which is UNHEARD of. To give you an idea.. normal temp is 10-20F that time of year.

Good morning Granny and everyone else.

Glad I got the day off today.. been feeling overly tired. Though I might be home, there is plenty of work that still needs to be done. Laundry, vacuum, dishes, make pie, make dinner, pull weeds in the garden, find out where my hen is hiding the eggs (again), have some paperwork to do (my 2nd job), carding wool, dust the house and I am sure there is more things I am going to add to the list as the day goes on.

All I want to do is lay in bed and read! I love reading.. I am a book "collector". There are so many books I have not been able to crack open. Though I am in the midst of reading 7 of them, lol.
