I use my instapot.

I got an Instant Pot today. It's a Pioneer Woman and was on sale at WM, lol. A good $40 cheaper than the next brand, and it's 6 qt. I could do without all the froo-froo flowers and all but I could not pass up the deal!

Asking ya'll for help,

I'm not home for Lunch time most days, but the days that I am, I'm not allowed to touch the lunch food. My parents said "if you're not in school, you cant have the lunch food'"

Okay, problem is, when I buy myself food, everybody BUT me eats it.

I can't keep it in my room, no food allowed outside of the kitchen

My parents don't really help me tell my sisters off when they take my food.

Any other ideas?

Ok now the homeless are allowed to start fires where ever they are. Check out this post on Facebook.
Me and my husband were driving down Thornton rd. and passed Davis, across from the Valero, at the levee, we see this person starting a fire. I call 911. This is how that conversation went...

Me: HI. I just passed the levee, across from Valero, on Thornton and Davis. There is someone starting a fire on the levee. Maybe a homeless person? I'm not sure.
911: Is the person with the fire?
Me: Yes. They're starting it.
911: what are they burning?
Me: a patch of dry grass and pile of I don't know?
911: If it's an accompanied homeless fire, we don't respond.
Me: Umm, it's next to a power pole and entire levee of dry grass?
911: If it's an accompanied homeless fire, we don't respond.
Me: Okay, thanks?

When the levee lights up and you with houses near it have a fire or, that power pole goes up and pge is out, sorry, I tried. They don't respond to accompanied homeless fires.

There was a situation that happened where I ended up having to fork over 3 grand to my dad, a couple months ago. Since then, I've had a really hard time saving up for things, since I have to buy my food, clothes, toiletries, etc. While also putting aside money for a car. I'm up to 2 grand now, but before I make any other moves, I need a car.

What and why and ….oh lord do I need to adopt you? I will adopt you. I may have you living in a trailer on our yard but it’d be safe, no one would be stealing your food and we’d find a car for you. Would probably be a Volvo lol.

Can’t you get a roommate? That’s what we did when I was your age.

Again cost, damage deposits, etc. it’s daunting.


State birds are flying. Well, not now, after dark they’re grounded but…got a fire that’s blown up. Over a thousand acres now. And we’re in a heat wave. Yay triple digit temps. :/

How could they help collapsed bones? Put a rod in her back?

My MIL had something called khytoplasty where they drilled a little hole in the crushed vertebra and then filled it up with a glue or cement. It really helped, it straightened out her back, strengthened it and relieved her pain. She was still pretty bent, she was nearly 90, but it helped a lot.

I've considered adopting her myself, Pert. Seriously, I would if I could. At the very least I want to go and slap some sense into her parents.
