No..had extra skin..used that.

His heart was great from them on. I was the one that discovered something was wrong. I had laid my head on his chest and heard something that just wasn't right! Got him to the Dr..Dr..got him to a specialist in SLC. He got him right into surgery within the week.

He did real well. Had to be home from work a good 6 weeks I think.

Yes, he told us there were a few different ways it could be repaired. An artificial valve, a pig valve, but if he was lucky he might have extra skin to repair it. He did.
