PetSmart got me, too. They charged me $45 each to b&b my Shelties but they did not have a groomer on staff that day, just a tech. So no scissor work, no shaving the knots behind their ears! Have to make a separate appt for that!

So many businesses are having trouble hiring enough staff. When I drove up to PetVet at TSC to get Pi his puppy shots, the clinic was canceled because there wasn't a vet available for the day. All that driving for nothing. Although they did give me a discount for the return visit. They said to call first to be sure a vet is available.

yes I said omg look at her butt and she said she had some poop stuck, I had to shave it. I didnt see any poop stuck to her but even if there was thats what soap is for.
Ya, I couldnt bath frost but with that seat I might could bandit.
