Petsense pulled a fast one on me today. It was $41. a cut but while I was there and she was asking questions she mentioned how Bandit would benifit from an oatmeal bath and did I want her to use that shampoo so I said sure then we were talking about frostys toenails and how hard they are to cut and she said do you want me to file them? Why not right? Wrong. it was $9. extra for each
PetSmart got me, too. They charged me $45 each to b&b my Shelties but they did not have a groomer on staff that day, just a tech. So no scissor work, no shaving the knots behind their ears! Have to make a separate appt for that!
Nothing's free, but she should have told you charges up front.
I don't trust anyone. Now you know to ask.
So I called to make another appt and they said bring them in any time. And I said, well when will the groomer be there? And they said, We always have a groomer here! Yeah right.

For the extra $18. I could of bought some nice oatmeal shampoo and a file.
