Well that would account for it. Low blood sugar, most likely.

Yesterday I made chicken alfredo fettucini (sp?). Used one of our Cornish hens out of the freezer. It was so good! Made enough that we had it again today. Even better! Had put mushrooms in the sauce. Yum.
Sounds good too! Fettuccine Alfredo is the best 👌

I used to live close to a great Italian place. I mostly always ordered the same thing….Fettuccine Alfredo 🤤

Idk, i am pretty addicted to sugar and caffeine. We don't eat much red meat anyway. There is sugar in so many food products!
This is true, even stuff like ketchup. But if we can stop using it and adding it to foods ourselves, we shall have taken a great step forward in our health jouney. I mean, let's take the big steps before we start straining at gnats. I used to make cinnamon rolls and cookies a LOT! Now I make cookies maybe once a year, so that's a big improvement for me. I pretty much have white sugar in my house only for the hummingbirds.

Sometimes I skip a few pages, Wishing, so I must have missed something here. How did Pi hurt his foot?
I'm not really sure. He was tearing around the yard as usual, and must have twisted his foot. Came back limping. It doesn't seem serious... limp goes away with a bit of rest. Hard part is keeping him resting when it doesn't hurt to prevent reinjuring. Puppies are nutty!

I posted the 30 gallon tank for $20. Its still just sitting here. 5 mins after posting someone asked if it was available then nothing after I said yes.
:fl Don't give up!

The sugar causes so many problems. It took me a few months, but once I kicked the habit, I felt better and lost weight. Any simple carbohydrate counts as sugar. Your body processes it the same way.
Sounds like you have some things going on that are bigger than sugar, but it would be worth trying. Hope you get some answers and feel better.

Yes. Complex carbs are much better, like whole grains, seeds, nuts, legumes. Avoid white, refined carbs. You get used to them. There are whole-grain pastas, for example, and low-sugar options for pasta sauces.

He's growing so fast, @Wishing4Wings! I had a Newfie pup in one of my classes that favored a foreleg one night but when we checked his foot we couldn't find anything. Had him and his owner sit out and watch that class. Following week, same thing, started out fine but after a bit he started pulling up lame again. I advised a vet visit and glad I did. Mac the Newf had dysplasia in both front shoulders. Lucky the owner's DH was a doctor and they could afford corrective surgery. Hopfully nothing like that in Pi but do keep an eye on him. Hope it's something minor that resolves quickly.
