Have you guys seen pics of the Mississippi River lately? It's like, practically dry! The river boats aren't running and people are WALKING all along it! When we were in Arizona and Nevada a week or so ago, we were stunned at how low Lake Mead is, too. Folks, this is really scary.

Maybe blue can tell you how to train her to be more loving.

I wish I could! I only deal with behavioral issues. Unfortunately, this sounds like a confidence/ trust issue. In a perfect world, I'd advise some one-on-one time with her, with no other dogs or humans around, in a setting where she had to be totally dependent on you for food, water, grooming, training and treats, and sleep in your bed and be physically attached to you 24/7 like the Monks of New Skete do with their shepherd puppies. I think that would build confidence in her. Did you get her as a puppy? Has anything traumatized her that you know of? As far as you know, can she hear okay?

she was abused before I got her. She already does all those other things. IE; sleeps with me ect..
