I wish I had more info but thats bound to be more than one plant. They can live that long according to google.

I think the plant is legit. Saying the woman in the pic planted it is questionable. Could be someone helped her plant it when she was 4 or 5... which means she's 104 or 105! Seems doubtful.

Oh, before I go, a question for @h2oratt or @Wishing4Wings. Can a dog get fleas from eating a wild mouse? My Diva cat brought in a mouse tonight and Sammy got it away from her. I was trying to make him take it outside when Gracie grabbed it and gobbled it down. I know, ick. I give my dogs Simparica Trio every month, it's supposed to defend against heartworm, fleas, ticks and a couple of other worms (tapes, roundworms?). It was dead when she ate it. She wasn't about to let me have it, not with the cat and 2 other dogs for competition. Thanks.

Long time ago I volunteered in animal rescue. Noticed when an animal was dying, the fleas would flee the scene. I have a vivid memory of hundreds of fleas jumping off a dying fawn. Vet sprayed down the table around the poor deer to keep them contained.
So, if the mouse had fleas, it's possible that your pets could get fleas if they jumped onto them. More likely Gracie would get tapeworms... fleas are part of the tapeworm life cycle.
Either way, sounds like the dogs are covered by the meds you give.

In New Mexico, straw bale houses were becoming popular about the time I left. Good thick walls, then coated with stucco. Supposedly very economical and easy to build. Extremely well insulated.
