It's good to have me time!

Well I know it now.

That was the most expensive $3.00 gallon of paint I ever bought. About $3,000.00 in equipment in the basement ruined.

RE injured my hand today. Its in my thumb/wrist .  I went to sit down, forgot about it and made a fist to help lower my fat ask down into the chair.  It only took a second to realize that was a no no but a body in motion tends to  keep falling  It was the wrist or put the weight on my foot.
