you had to be a pretty good aim too or you peed on your hands. Hahaha Then you had to wash your hands in that ol stinky orange water . I swear I smelled like rotted eggs most the time.

That's sad. Our water was so sweet.
 
how many were you getting before this?
Zero to ... three on a good day. I have 24 layers, all but 8 are coming out of a really hard molt. No supplemental light. The other 8 are this spring's pullets (April chicks). I should be getting eggs at least from those 8, and at least one yearling EE is laying occasionally as well.

the EEs I had werent the best layers. every 2 days if I was lucky. I dont know if thats the norm for them or not.

My EE were laying pretty good all summer, just quit to molt and haven't started up yet except that one.
