Well, i am back to feeling tired all the time. It may be i need to stay on steroids, which is not good as you know. I need to go have labs and go back to the Rheumatologist. They sent me to have labs drawn on black friday, and the lab was closed. So i canceled my appointment with the Dr. Of course, they are closed a lot over the holidays. But i do need to call for an appointment.
I have had a couple migraines, and regular headaches, which seem like sinus headaches to me. Just tired of not feeling good.

You cant just stop steroids. It will make you tired and give you headaches among a whole slew of other problems. Maybe the old ones you are taking are too old?
Im ok, a lot better since my sink is fixed. Normal every day pain of course.

Yah, i know that, which is why i took reduced dosages to tide me over until the new ones came. Drugs keep their potency long after their expiry date. As long as they are kept dry without extreme temperatures. I am sure they were fine.

Yes, a hospice nurse told me that pills last fir years, that they just have to put an expiration date on them. Sorry you're feeling so bad cap. It's no fun trying to figure out what will help either.

Less sugar usually means less headaches for those that are prone. Holidays are hard.
