Granny's gone and done it again

Call Doc on Tuesday but he can use them daily till then. They are OTC. No prescription needed.
I bought some already. He has plenty. I guess he just needed more then what the dr. said. It scares me him seeing purple because his sugar is so out of control. He wont check it here at home but his a1c was 10. something.

How are you doing Wishing? Are you ready to bring in the new year?
Not quite. Still need to do some cleaning. We are having dad over tomorrow for pulled pork. #2 is is working on it now... got it soaking in the marinade.
I've been having a bit of sciatica... on my good leg :hmm. It's not too bad and I'm trying to keep it from getting worse.

Poor Pi is going stir crazy with all the rain, but he's not worried about getting wet. Wish you could have seen him racing around the back yesterday... going full out and spinning circles and grabbing branches. Rinsed him off in the utility sink and he cleaned right up. Pulled a fat tick off his neck this morning. :( Going to send it in to the county to check for Lyme. Scooter got that last year, so there's a good chance, but don't want to do the antibiotics unless Pi has to.

Wishing did you see that thing they have been advertising for sciatica? Sorta looks like a blood pressure cuff that goes on below the knee and takes that pain right away .

Yes. I don't usually have it, so saving my money.

so if the tick is + you treat Pi? What if it wasnt transmitted?
If the tick is positive, Pi will get a blood test and if he's pos, then a month on antibiotics. You want to treat it sooner rather than allow damage to occur.

Granny you need to call the doctor on Tuesday. Seeing purple is not normal.

Would he let you check his blood sugar?
