Finally got my eggs in lockdown.

seconds should be ONLY veggies ?

Ideally, non-starch veggies should be at least half of your food. Fruits included. Full of nutrients. Everything else is so calorie dense, it all goes to fat, unless you are working or exercising at the level of a professional athlete. I try to get my guys to eat a fruit or veggie to match everything else they eat. Eat a sandwich, eat an apple. Have some chips, have a carrot. We don't manage veggies being half, but maybe a third of their diet. Pizza tonight, I limited them to 4 pieces and a pile of broccoli and carrots. They would eat twice as much pizza and no veggies if I let them. No one goes to bed hungry and no one came looking for desert either.

I had to walk to the school, in the rain, to get kids...I melted!

The streets were all flooded..and the few dummies that tried to drive to the school didn't make it far before their cars died.

Our side of town got hit pretty hard.
