I taught my Golden to speak when he wanted out. That was handy. We have dog doors now so my two can let themselves in and out. That's even handier!

My Cooper would be outside barking up a storm all day with a doggie door. I had a Golden that would put his paw on me..or walk in front of me while up..I mean..in front of me..towards the door.

Isn't it amazing, that without speech, they find ways to communicate? I actually had to teach my Golden to bark. But boy, once he got the hang of it, he developed a HUGE one, lol!

I'm sorry granny, it's rough. I have fights sometimes. Sometimes it's over toys and sometimes it's because the one dog wants to play and the other said no.

Thanks for the prayers, @Cynthia12. I hurt too much to go to church today so just stayed home and stayed off this foot/knee. I think it helped, I do feel better tonight.
