I guess each part of our city is zoned different. I can't find the reference to the zones

I wouldnt worry about it. You dont need a fact sheet to tell him to kiss off. Every time he starts his car he is polluting the air you breath an when he opens his mouth it does the same. At least your chickens are providing a service by eating the bugs that should be biting his ask.

so so-far I have managed to hit my goal a week early.

The apartment is all finished the maids and I finished cleaning and putting it back together today.

Thinking farm thrus or Friday OR maybe both. Waiting to hear back from Gene as to his schedule as Angie can only work until about 11 am those mornings.
