Yes! Not 100%, but enough so that I am living an almost normal life. Back to doing what I love, lots of cooking! I can spend hours on my feet now and even walk laps around my house. Looking forward to dropping some weight. Thanks to the Good Feet store AND wonderful socks from Feetures.

Pardon my ignorance but what is the purpose of a methane plant? And how do the generate methane other than cow farts and burps?

I think it's from the manure. It creates electricity that can be used.

I read just this week that methane is seeping out of the ground in Alaska. Then again that's something I read on the Internet.

Because the permafrost is melting.

Had a good time at ceramics class, but only one person showed up besides me. I did get to work on the wheel. Made 3 pieces, one that i need to work more on. So i will be going out to the studio soon.
