Could be an Akita. If so, then are larger than the Norwegian.

That is a Japanese breed, called Shikoku, slightly smaller than Akitas.
There are lots of these Japanese spitz-type breeds.

Update from Dianne .. Good morning! I’m sorry we went to bed at 9! She is really progressing well thankfully! She is eating well and also pooping well ! She goes two times when pooping little each time but normal amount! Her temp is good! I clean her area with dial antibacterial soap like told by the vet and she’s letting me thankfully! This morning she seems to becoming itchy in the area which vet said that would happen as healing begins! She’s definitely a strong little girl ! I just love her so much! Minx is back in take care mode! She’s not bothering her to play just staying close by her
