morning, all. On our way to Centralia. About a 6-hr drive. DH does most of the driving. School's out, we are headed up to collect the ManChild and all his scholarly possessions. We'll get home before midnight if we are lucky.

Morning all, I have the bone broth back on the stove. There was no fat at the top to skim but it jelled all the way down as far as I could dig. I hope Im not hurting it by cooking it again.
