Granny's gone and done it again

Well the meat isnt falling off the bones so I know its not cooked good yet. I hope it re gells.
I don't think the nails on the feet hurt anything or need to come off since it's for the dogs. When chicken feet were a basket ingredient on Chopped recently, the judges did indicate that the nails were unsightly and should have been removed (cut off) before being served.

Is that a cooking show?

Yes, a competition. Three rounds, four competitors, and one gets dropped, or "chopped," each round. Last one standing gets $10,000.
And weird ingredients! What kind of entree can you make out of, say, pork uterus, pickle ice cream, red hot cheese puffs and licorice brandy? (I just made these up but they're indicative of the challenges.)

I've not heard of cooking chicken feet. Interesting.
