I don’t have the face! Even if it weren’t for my own well-being, I’d never do that to a house that’s not even mine! Guess that’s the downside to being drunk a lot though…absolutely no room for rationality.

Lol. Don't worry, she won't. But Granny, the flavor profile of yogurt is not much different from sour cream. A lot of people use it in place of sour cream to cut calories. And cottage cheese is not much different from cream cheese except for the lumps. It's salty. It's wonderful in lasagna, a goot substitute for ricotta. I believe it's cheaper.

For cottage cheese, I just find the smell and texture weird. Never tried it though, maybe the taste outweighs the odds

I think I’ve entered the hardest unit of trig out of the entire trimester. Trigonometric Identities. Not sure if any of y’all remember it. I have a big test on it tomorrow. It’s one of those things that’s not hard once you get it, but the thing is that you have to get it first Anywayyys. Planning to do science olympiad next yr…if I can get a spot on a team. Registration closes soon for that. Also planning to take USABO. And maybe shadow or get an intern at some lab. Ik I keep talking about it, but soon i’ll turn those words into action

But first…finals. There are 15 school days left!! Can you believe?? Feels like Covid was yesterday, not several years ago.

In VA, spring has been odd. First warm, back to cool, dry, then wet. Hot, then cooler again. We get wind pretty much daily. I planted my garden early this year, hope it works out for me. Dying to eat garden fresh peas.
