I am just plain tired, no matter how much i sleep. It's frustrating.

The thing is, there is probably a doctor somewhere that could help us, but how many do you have to go to before you find a helpful one?

Just washed the pots, my big accomplishment for the day. Still have to put the animals away.

I went through a 2 year period in my life where I thought I had lost my mind. Powder, baby powder, carpet powder, dust in the street . Didnt matter. I wanted it in my mouth, on my body. Many many trips to the drs. I found out it had a name. Pica cravings. Drs tested my blood , nothing showed up. Another yr passed before I talked a New dr. into testing me more in depth. Nothing but he was willing to try my b12 shots anyway. It was like magic! The cravings were gone. The tired was gone. Tired didnt come back til I had my MIs. Im just saying you gotta push and fight to get help some times.

Wonder how my B12 levels are. I know i have some B multi somewhere in these thousands of pills. I really dislike taking a handful of pills daily.

my dr told me if you have ever had stomach surgery the pills wont absorb that you need the shot.
