Sigh. No weeping this am after the shower - lol Sally’s lavender goat soap is magical - but it was like this yesterday and started back up again in the afternoon.

Not looking as angry right now but…

Swung by urgent care. Got sent back to my normal office (urgent care had a 2.5 hr wait apparently they have these “express clinics” for single issue things. Doc said yep staph. Getting oral and topical antibiotics.

And my bp is still high. Sigh.

Infection can cause you BP to rise.

My BP was high at my last appointment too. It's a bit of a common theme with me it seems.

And I remain way overweight. Was hoping to be not as bad as I am but...sigh.

Thats what my Nancy is, a nurse but she got burn out and only cleans now.Despite just having a major MI . She is tired I see it in her face and actions.
