But those shots only last so long, and you can only get them like 4x a year a think it is.

I got shots in my right shoulder until it was time for surgery. Did thevtrick. Then my left shoulder started up. Went in for shots again. Went in for surgery again, got sent home without surgery because my potassium was so low they told me I was 2 points away from being hospitalized for that. I never went back for surgery. I had started stretching my arm. It's been OK since. A couple of years now.

True. Mine last 6 months usually. The last epidural in my lower spine was 5-6 months ago.

I had one in my lower back, back in the 90's. It's OK. Just my sciatica hurts every now and again. Learned a trick on YouTube. Hang your top part of your body..chest, arms, and head, over the end of your bed. It's pulls the spine off of the nerve. Works most of the time.

Couldn't sleep. Danged old insomnia. I finally remembered the drug I took for a UTI. Cipro. The one used I think for Anthrax. I took it with no problem and I stayed out of the sun. Another patient of my doc told him that he had no med allergies and died from taking Cipro. Seems like I remember people were terrified of Cipro when the Anthrax scare was in full bloom. It only takes a few minutes in the sun to sunburn a bald head it it is Cipro that will mess you up if you go out in the sun while taking it.

I keep Cipro on hand. I have Interstitial Cystitis. Always some blood in my urine. Fakes out drs if they don't know my situation. If I'm bad they have to do a better look/test. When it flares up I take it. Never had problems with it. Taking it for around 15 years or longer when needed. Hmm..now that I write this, I haven't had a flare up for a few years! Finding some wood to knock on!
