Very nice day for a swap. But now i have a headache from not enough sleep.

After a long downpour with a long nap it's time to see what kind of trouble the feather kids have gotten into. They've been out on their own since early this morning. l would like one of those very large white dogs that make good caretakers for poultry. I don't like leaving them for so long. At least we have clear farm ground on two sides of us and people living in the piney woods on the other.Coyotes still roam at night. One neighbor runs several donkeys with his cattle to keep his calves safe. Need to talk to him about a young one to expand the buffer from his cattle.

Yesterday was a bit cooler. Heat doesn't bother hubs much. He finished venting the old bantam coop. No more panting hens.

I had one in my lower back, back in the 90's. It's OK. Just my sciatica hurts every now and again. Learned a trick on YouTube. Hang your top part of your body..chest, arms, and head, over the end of your bed. It's pulls the spine off of the nerve. Works most of the time.

I would go tumbling ass over elbows if I tried that.

The Bursa shots I got yesterday made a tremendous difference in my ability to get out doing my everyday chores. I know not to sit for more than 15 minutes before walking around the house before sitting another 15 minutes. If I sit for half an hour it will be Katy Bar the Door for me. I told the doc that when I would come in and sit to rest for an hour and then couldn't walk he told me that was typical hip arthritis. I just have to move with less pain to prevent bad pain until I can get the good stuff right into the joints.

will that cool things down?

Yes. Down to 77° now.
