This is very meaningful given the terrible fires in Hawaii. Hubs' sis in law's family home in Lahaina burned down. The whole town burned. Pray the winds die down.
Wishing, I'm so sorry. Have been praying. Hope all are safe. ❤️🙏❤️

I got a late start, just caught up. 13 pages, goodness!

I have a granddaughter in Hawaii where the fires are and I've heard nothing from my son about her. Cause for worry.
Cause for prayer, Larry. Please keep us posted. ❤️🙏❤️

take 1 and 1/2 cups of raisins and put in a largish sauce pan as you add the rest of the ingredients latter . add enough water to JUST cover the raisins. Boil until the liquid is almost gone. Add 1 1/2cups sour cream and dash of salt. Mix 3/4 cups of sugar, 3/4 tsp cinnamon and 1 1/2 Tblspoons of flour and add to the pot (i mix all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl first) BOIL until thick. Then add 3 or 4 beaten egg yolks to the mixture, and pout into a baked pie crust. Make you meriguin with the egg whites left over with a 6 TBLspoons of sugar add more or less to your taste. and a dash of cream of tartar, beat until stiff. Put on the top of the pie put in oven at (I use 350*) bake until merguine is golden/light brown. Keep any leftovers in the fridge.
Thank you, Twistofer!

I'd rather have a math final than a literature quiz.
Oh dear, you can take my math quiz and I'll write your essay! Give me a topic and let's go!
