We use Bisquick and follow the directions on the box. I think it's 2 c mix and 2/3 c milk. They come out like biscuits, tender, dry and fluffy inside.

Sometimes I separate a pan of the broth before I add the dumplings. The dumplings drink up so much of the broth! And my family likes lots of broth.

ya, thats how I make mine too except I use flour. Sounds the same.

I don't care for the noodly type of dumplings. They taste like paste to me.
