I recently started using this, it slowly relaxes me and allows me to drift off to sleep. I am getting 7-8 hours of sleep regularly instead of the usual 3-4.

Where do you get that? Bet it helps with anti-inflammatory too. My Occipital Neuralgia has been so bad the last couple of weeks. Pain every day. Didn't want to complain, I think I do too much.
