Well. I don’t know how much Oregon will be different. Main difference will be lower mortgage if one if we play our cards right IF we make this move.

I doubt that. Housing has exploded.. plus high interest rates. In oregon they raise your property taxes every year based on the house value. At least we don’t have that in california. It does suck in calif.

I am going to try him on some bone broth later and see how he handles that. I froze it and now that its thawed its still just like jello. Those feet worked good.

They raise our taxes yearly also..accordingly.
