I haven't had a B12 shot in years now. I take the sublingual tablet under the tongue and my B12 tests high. Once it was so bad they wouldn't let me stand up until I got an injection. Then one shot a day for 2 weeks and tapered down to one a month. Then couldn't get the B12 in multi dose vials and ins wouldn't cover it. That's when sublingual came on the market.

Is there folate in the b12? I know its called something else but I couldnt spell it to look it up.

I didnt know they had those but dr said my stomach wont absorb b12 and thats why I have to take shots
