It reminded me of the time my mom was going to teach me how to cull a chicken. She grabbed that ol red hen by the neck and she started swinging it around in big circles like she was auditioning for the Detroit Tigers and she she jerked that poor things neck like her life depended on it . She threw it down and said, You may not want to watch this part. I watched, OH yes ma'am I watched ! I watched that hen get up, shake her ruffeled feathers and look at Mom like, What is your problem woman ? Mom said, give it a min. So we waited , and waited. When the hen lowered her head I thought , Is this it ? Naw, she was hungry and picking up the corn mom had set out to catch her. So, I looked at my mother with adoring eyes and said, So, Mcdonalds ? Mom said, I hear they have a really good fish sandwich.

So remember the fillet knife I bought myself for Christmas ? Finally got to check it out with that EE roo we were talking about last night that probably brought the mites in and I cooked for pup.
CB was helping me . I slit both jugulars and he threw it down. It jumped up started yelling at CB and every time it did blood would squirt out and on him. Then it took off running with CB in pursuit. .He re-catches it and its struggling to get away. He gets it to the table where I learn a fillet knife is not meant for bone. I try again, he throws it back down and this time it is just flopping like they do when they are dying. I look at CB ( remember , this is the chick he "rescued" ) To see how he is handling it . He is coated in blood . He looks at me and say, " I dont think your new knife was worth what you paid for it".

Twist, I had a heck of a childhood and I think CB is right behind me. LOL
