No, just AP. I use bread flour for bread though, higher gluten. And whole wheat.

Yes. Thank you. It was a bit of a fluke. The folks over on the baking thread motivated me, lol. I need to avoid sweets though so I probably won't do it again.

Bread flour has more protein in it and all purpose is what I've been told.
