No, the other pad above the dew claw. I think that's what @Cynthia12 said she had removed on her dog(s)? I know dewclaws can, and often should be removed. Cynthia, I can't listen to the video in bed, DH is sleeping. What's the name of that breed? It grooms out real pretty, but boy, you better know a good groomer if you get one.

ALL of my dogs have their dewclaws removed as do all of the pups I breed, And YES I have had 2 different dogs rip their dew claws off/out. Which is why I do it. And when I can't find a vet willing to then I will do it myself.

I'm eating an apple as I'm going through the posts here. I just happened to look at the apple and lo and behold I spotted a small worm! Guess I won't be eating that part of the apple.
