Granny's gone and done it again

Whew! Good to know. She's very striking looking. Is that a frizzle? A frazzle? Something else?
It's a frizzle. She is a normal two legged chicken.
The smooth feathered one with her is her sister, just not frizzled.

To bad some predators can’t be less cute. Like the cats roaming around. I feel bad chasing them off but they would absolutely hunt my chickens.

A few foxes here had mange so i think it’s probably for the best they got shot, though.
Yes. I had a ferral cat come and get one if my first RIR's. 😡

I found the embroidery of cherries i made. There are mess ups yes but i think it was okay for first time and not tracing it.

Anyways, i’m off to bed. Goodnight all
Nice job! I did flowers once on a pair of jeans when i was in school.

Oh, Mr Possum is not cute. He's pathetic. His coat is ratty and looks moth-eaten. He's scrawny and looks old and underfed. Hmm. Can possums get mange? I didn't see any bald spots, though...

We have two cats. They know the chickens are family, as do the dogs. Of course we keep the cats away from baby chicks until the chicks are, oh, about 8 weeks old and look like chickens and not baby birds.
I once had a bunch of chicks in a pillow case during a power outage. We were in the living room, so i had them near the wood stove. It was pretty dark at the time and i didn't notice one got out. My female cat, Crazy Cat, picked up the chick and deposited it on my husband's foot, thinking he would throw it for her to fetch. No chicks were harmed during that episode.
