About to start again. Stopped while kids were here so we could actually visit. I dozed off too. I can in cold to the bone, ate a bowl of chilli and got under the cover and passed out.

How goes the meat processing, Rooster?

I have meat chicken eggs in the incubator and will be setup to process these as fryers and some for the grill. All this others will be pressure cooked for use with dumplings and some will be pressure canned.

Apparently unless an act of god happens we’re out on the property we were after.

Oh well. Means we’re less motivated sellers and means we may be living out of the motorhome in our friend’s yard for a while.

Yes we are in Central time zone, daylight savings. We are not very far into CT though.

Granny we got to break the boredom just a little. I Have a dremel that I use as a wood working tool. No fancy stick it in her and zip it's done. It as dozens of attachments but never the one I really want. Right now I'm not sure where it is as I haven't used it since we lived in TN. I've been thinking about trying to use it on rooster spurs but just with a little sandpaper wheel on it.

I just take pliers and twist the spurs off. The outer sheath comes off, and the core might drip a drop or two of blood. It hardens, but leaves a much smaller spur.
