Coconut yogurt!

Never had it but is sound good. Coconut yogurt pie with a cream top.

I didn't try yogurt for many years as I hated it once when I tried it long ago. Finally tried it because it was almost a necessity. Yogurt helped me drastically lower my A1C.

Good for the gut too.

Yes. Went through a colonoscopy and upper, at the same time. All looked good. The specialist and I agreed that I have IBS. Hmm..nice conversation.
