Yes, and that's what stinks. Mom usex to cook them for Dad on occasion. And drive the rest of the family out of the house, gagging and choking, eyes watering.

We don't eat much beef so I can't answer questions about cooking it. A little hanburger maybe once a month. You mentioned that it would not be a good idea to fry chicken in olive oil. We do not fry chicken. We cook it in the crock pot mostly and make dumplings, soup, chicken with rice, that sort of thing. GirlChild loves it barbecued: I put it in the crockpot and cover it with barbecue sauce, cook on low 6 hours or high 4 hours. So tender and delicious! On very rare occasions, emergencies, we'll get KFC, that's the only time we eat it fried. But we don't even eat that much chicken. We eat beans, lentils, eggs, oatmeal patties, baked fish, salmon patties, that sort of thing.

We eat maybe a lb of 93% lean hamburger every other week in chili or in a ground beef hash. Some eggs even though I am not found of them. I love most all vegetables and chicken and dumplings. Pan fried haddock is a favorite fish. Chicken over charcoal.

I used to cook liver love it. Not sure about the kids now. Should ask.
Horrible day. My Vestibular problem has kicked in to how it was when it first started. Way bad. I'm bringing out the walker. One of my daughters reminded me that it's the holidays, and Scott's birthday to boot...today. Guess I'm more stressed than I realized. I have been feeling down again. Glad I made it to church, even though I was holding on to the walls. I'll probably be staying down until this let's up. At least I pray it does. Horrible feeling. Even had to take something for nausea because the dizzy is so bad. At least~my knee is better!! Soo, I'm going to work on our Christmas Cards. Take note now--if the handwriting looks like it was done by a drunken soul, well you'll remember it was written by a soul who felt --drunken.

I just had a terrible sugar drop. It was 53 AFTER a glucose tablet. had sugar water and milk and pizza. still shakey not feeling good yett.
