I'm developing tremirs too, sigh. First in my left hand now also in my right.

Those seeds are big enough to remove before slicing the meat if like the ones we have bought.

I like Larry's suggestion. I have a tea bobber thingy I use sometimes. If you use fabric just tie it with twine, thread or even dental floss.

I have pain clinic Monday. Maybe she will give me one. I asked before and she said no but that was for every day
