They sell corn for deer at Walmart?

Here in Michigan they do. According to state law we're not allowed to feed deer. I asked a local store why they're allowed to sell it as deer corn, but we're not allowed to feed them. He didn't understand it either, but said that they are allowed to sell it as such.
