I knew last night before I tested. Poor little Jane too. I can breath well, but have a pretty bad headache and am very weak. When I got the chills last night I knew I would be canceling my shoulder shot. Got another appt for the 28th. Poor Jane is teething and has the covid. One good thing. We can all hang out together now. Like it did any good being separated.

I got some good news about an hr ago. My thyroid biopsy is benign

Tomorrow is DH's Christmas buffet at work. I made a big crockpot full of my world-famous chili (except in ND, bc it has beans in it!) and two pans of my legit world-class cinnamon rolls. They will be frosted with cream cheese frosting before serving.

Ma made 2 loaves of cinnamon bread today. Almost half of one is missing.

Well I dragged out the neti pot. I feel much better. Getting all that congestion out of your sinuses really helps. I can breathe though my nose!

I use a commercial saline spray and I agree, feels wonderful!

I have similar device and I keep it close by as insurance. Each day the congestion is a little worse. One more day like today and I'll be flushing my head again.
