when I had the biopsy they took a tightly rolled towel and placed it between my shoulder blades and it hurt but its getting worse instead of better. Hurts to cough and raise my arm

Oh, and which blade? Try holding your arm with the same side above your head..rest it on your head. See if that eases the pain.
