Ow, Cap. I'm still waiting for my mouth to heal too. Still on a soup and soft foods diet. Yay.


We have outdoor frost-free spigots for watering our chickens too. Guess what. The one outside our back door is actually frozen. I did not know that was even possible. I haven't checked the other two. I'm afraid to. I think if they stay dry they'll be okay.

Granny, we're getting freezing rain starting tonight and continues all day tomorrow. And then it keeps raining but starts warming up. I think that continues Wednesday through Friday, with highs in the 50's. So weird.

Fawns stitches come out tomorrow. Seems like its been forever. She went thru 2 cones. Tonight being the last bit of #2. She can finely scratch her own ears.

My kidney is hurting. I have another uti. Havent gotten my antibiotics yet. They were called in thursday

Kira had dissolvable inside and superglue outside.

It’s been raining lots for SoCal here. As you can see…Kira’s been having fun with it. Braved the laundromat today. Good grief that crap has gotten expensive. 3.75/wash load and they have 25¢ driers!!! Until you realize the 25¢ only gets you three minutes of drier time. Doh. But at least you can load up multiple machines and be done quicker.

Still think I need to start a “BOUGIEMAT” up here. Comfy seats…clean machines and possibly a face working. I know, not feasible up here. But. I can dream of a comfy place to do laundry.
