Granny's gone and done it again

Glad to hear yo were able to get some things done, Cynthia. I know the feeling. I was down so long myself! I'm able to do a little bit now and it feels good. Not as much as I'd like, or as needs to be done, but ... progress. I hope you can get some relief from your trigger finger soon, sounds painful! Like a permanent cramp in your finger? Ouch! Honey, I've been using a cane for a couple of years now. Glad to have it handy when this left leg decides to quit on the job with no warning!
I've had my cane for a few years myself. It gets used on bad days. I love..Love this dr. I saw toady. He went ahead and gave me the shot in the area of hand that affects this finger. I couldn't believe the difference between him and the last guy. This dr. used an ultra sound to guide the meds. The numbing medicine hurt a bit, of course. I thought oh, here comes the hard part but he had promised his wouldn't hurt. It didn't! So, getting hold of my insurance to see if they'll pay for the surgery part. I would love to have it done before my knee. He explained it wouldn't be so bad either. I hope I can get it done. Now, my knee. It was actually better yesterday and today. Really? It took that long for that gel to work? It still hurts, but I'm not having to walk on my tippie toes to keep it from buckling under. It did it a couple if times today, but didn't hurt as bad as it has been. I hope it's because if the shot. We'll see.

I am hoping he will do only the worst eye, but idk until I talk to him.
My husband got both eyes done. Maybe for something different. I just know he got new lens. Didn't have to wear glasses all the time anymore. Just reading glasses.

Hi guys! Oh Granny I hope you're not getting a pressure sore. Cynthia, glad your knee is better and your finger shot went better than expected. Were you told to ice your knee after your injection? My MIL was told to use ice but she came home and put heat on it instead and then got mad because it never did her any good. She was a stubborn old cuss, lol. Cap, hope you have great results with your eye surgery. I'll probably have to have one done before long, too. I just got new glasses less than six months ago and already I need a new prescription. I don't like to drive in areas I'm not familar with, I can't read signs until I'm practically on top of them.

Blue, doing OK. Got something done today. I always feel great when I can actually get a few things done. This knee keeps me down too much. Just walked very carefully. I'm having to to use a cane at church. That's OK. My daughter tells me it's worth the wait. Tomorrow I go in for my trigger finger. Not sure if we're just talking or if he'll have things ready to, fix it. 🤔
have you tired one of those elastic cuffs/sleeves that you pull up centering the "sock" over the knee. I sure helped me when I used to bowl.

Did you try laying down Granny? I hope you can get back into your bed.
I know Im sleeping in there tonight. The temps here are in the 40s outside and with the heaters toasty inside.
