Granny I didn't come back and check in last night because some how I got discombobulated and and fell as I was next to my chair. I managed not to hit on my back full steam ahead. I broke the speed of the fall for once with my arms. Wife helped me up again and neither one of us can figure out how I did it. I sure made a mess of my little computer desk I use to set my laptops on and my side table to my chair I keep med trays on and other things I use off and on when I'm seated. Lower back is telling me all about it today. Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed. I'm calling my doc for an appointment to see about vertigo meds as that is all I can figure out what triggered it. I was on the dizzy side yesterday. You may want to go back to Harbor Freight and talk to them about your glasses. They may have you falling on video too. If you don't go in sue happy they may take care of them. No way to know what they will say. They have lawyers that watch over a lot of stores on retainers I would think.

The medication for vertigo is Bonine. You can buy it OTC.

Wish it could help my Vestibular ..stuff.

Robert bought some dayquil for himself. He looks like Rudolph with his nose so red. He said it was helping.

I can get Meclizine over OTC too but it isn't free. Prescription Meclizine is no cost to me with ins and I save my quarterly otc funds for something else. I don't know but what Meclizne and Bonine are the same or similar. I'll ask the doc. He needs to know about the last two or three falls and have them in my chart. I've about lost track of them myself. I need to make a list of the falls I have had since moving to AL from TN. I can remember of 3 dillies in TN.

It's possible but I hadn't had many meds yesterday. I've been tipsy today without anything to cause it. I have spent most of the day in bed. As soon as I take my meds tonight I'm in the bed.

I lived w/o all the amenitys growing up for a while. I have lived w/o heat toilets and water. Had to draw from a well. It was much easier on me then.
