Granny's gone and done it again

Granny I didn't come back and check in last night because some how I got discombobulated and and fell as I was next to my chair. I managed not to hit on my back full steam ahead. I broke the speed of the fall for once with my arms. Wife helped me up again and neither one of us can figure out how I did it. I sure made a mess of my little computer desk I use to set my laptops on and my side table to my chair I keep med trays on and other things I use off and on when I'm seated. Lower back is telling me all about it today. Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed. I'm calling my doc for an appointment to see about vertigo meds as that is all I can figure out what triggered it. I was on the dizzy side yesterday. You may want to go back to Harbor Freight and talk to them about your glasses. They may have you falling on video too. If you don't go in sue happy they may take care of them. No way to know what they will say. They have lawyers that watch over a lot of stores on retainers I would think.
The medication for vertigo is Bonine. You can buy it OTC.

I never could understand why young girls couldn't see what had happened to middle aged women and never pick one up. It's just so sad.
Young girls are sadly naive, and think they'll be fine. I started smoking when I was 14... and started trying to quit, the first time, when I was 18. It took me over 3 decades to finally stop.

I started paying attention to my smoking, and kept a journal of every cigarette. After a couple of weeks I was able to pick out the times I was smoking out of habit instead of actual cravings, and I started skipping those cigarettes. Then I slowly started experimenting to see how long I could ignore the cravings before I just HAD to smoke, and the cravings started getting further and further apart. It took months, but eventually the cravings were so far apart that I was down to 1 or 2 a day, then I set a quit date a few weeks away. And that time I was actually able to stick to it. But man it was hard to finally get to that point. 😖

I'm tired of the falling game too granny. It isn't a bit of fun. A few years back some how I fell back on my bed and bounced and wound up landing on the floor. I don't won't to find any new ways to fall.
My mom fell like that except it was the toilet. She never figured it out either.

I think it also helped that I wouldn't smoke in the house or the car, I'd only smoke outside.
