16 I think.
maybe only 15. A good age for her breed either way.

Compare her sides with your hands, GENTLY and VERY slowly, barely touching her, slide palms down her sides from front to back. Close your eyes so you can concentrate on what you feel in area around kidneys. Heat? Swelling, tenderness, softness, edema on one side or the other? If yes, a visit to vet is in order.

it won't be to the vet we go. But one last ride out to the farm. She loves car rides and the farm, HATES vets.

After I went to the dentist, I went to see the doctor. I told her about my puffy legs. So, EKG, Labs, and heart monitor. Never mind I saw the cardiologist recently. I am glad she listens to me. Much better than the doctor I had.
