evening all. Well Comet is pg yet again that will make 11 calves in a row. She's 14.

Twisty lost one of her horns some time this past week BUT come fall she's going to be loosing more than that.

Old Gold took this year off which is fine with me and Hailey is open as well which shocked me a bit.

Curly is expecting as well.

The 2 last calvers last fall are both open which I also kind of expected.

NONE of the 2 year olds are pg which is fine/good.

Total pg at the moment is 12. Granny and both of her daughters are pg. I think all but one are at lease 120 days pg. How they know this is beyond me. Had a female vet today and her helper was a gal as well. Linus is now and IT. I was shocked when they didn't numb his scrotum first. His "marbles" were about the size of a roosters. NOT worth keeping/eating.

LONG day and my knees are KILLING me.

because welfare sent a letter asking me if I had a fall that they might be responsabe for and Robert said it wasnt honest because I didnt know why I fell. He is right I dont know and thats not a lesson I want him to learn.

Hmm. Well Granny, you could go and tell them thanks, you appreciate the offer but you can't accept because they're not at fault. Then if they insist, go ahead and accept. That way everything is above board, ya know? You've made it clear you're not holding them liable, and they're just doing it as a courtesy. It's good PR for them and you get your glasses. Win-win.

And it might not be a breach of hippa, the store might have asked them to look into it. They may want to cover their rears and make sure you're not thinking of suing.

Sorry, h2o, yeah it was me that has pecan trees at church. It's a good half hour away but I go visit them once a week! I'll post when I see them leaf out and then let you know if we get a frost after that. It may not be 100% accurate, Doniphan is about 20 miles south of me.

Lol. Thanks but no. In my opinion the problem can't be fixed at the border. What needs to happen is to give these people a good reason to stop fleeing their own countries. And that's no easy fix, I don't have an answer for that. If they weren't in desperate need or fear for their lives, they wouldn't be risking everything, including their lives, to come here. It's so tragic and sad.
