Where do they get caviar from? Pardon my ignorance.

Fish. ( Not sure I would want any from Carp though. :/ ) Traditionally, the term caviar refers only to roe from wild sturgeon in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea (beluga, ossetra and sevruga caviars). The term caviar can also describe the roe of other species of sturgeon or other fish such as paddlefish, salmon, steelhead, trout, lumpfish, whitefish, or carp.

Good evening everyone. I've got a lot done today. worked up a lot more ground the second time around killing grasses and weeds. Planted mustard greens finally. The sweet potato patch did get tilled again. Will start building the beds Monday I hope. all hinges on how much grass is left that is still alive after several passes with the tiller.

Got the chicks bedded down for the night and their parents are bedded down for the night and soon I'll bed myself down for the night. We are hoping to be able to meet with a lot of good friends at church tomorrow instead of the broadcast. We did get to attend a luncheon with the old folks group we hang with Tuesday. You do know you are old when your group of friends is dwindling.

Well I ended up making pancakes for dinner. I know better than to eat them. Just had a bad sugar drop. After a glass of milk, sugar water and PB sandwich its 52.

Saw a baby fish in the tank..outside of the box I have the one I think is ready to pop. It must have gone up instead of down into the bottom part. You'll see the pregnant fish in the photos I'm sharing. These frogs Crack me up sometimes. He was just chilling in the plants, then squished between the glass and box. Wow, Cynthia, your tank is so crystal clear!

I'm hoping our cold weather is over with so I can get the field peas planted soon along with beans. We like to fix beans with new potatoes in them with a ham hock. Potatoes are up and looking good. Onions are looking good too.

We went walking in our lily garden, most of the lilies we planted last fall look to have survived. But the weeds are doing great too! We'll toss corn scratch in there all summer and get the chickens to cultivate and fertilize and hopefully next spring we'll have a good crop of flowers.

Granny I don't understand why a meal heavy in carbs would drop your sugar???? I'm really confused. Pancakes raise mine.

I have something called adrenal insufficiency It means my insulin is high and my sugar is low. Most drs. dont understand it either.

Maybe there is something that you can add to the pancake to start with to prevent the sugar drop. I surely don't have a clue.
