I was a guinea pig for a top teaching hospital in Mi. I would see the dr then about 10 students would come in . I hated it but because I didnt have medical insurance and they would see me for free I agreed to it.

I would think that would be a win win for everyone. What they learned from you should be helping others now.

I like cheesy scrambled and over easy. I cant eat the white part of a boiled egg. Makes me sick as a dog.

We have a pet pullet that gets boiled eggs as a treat. She refuses to eat the white most of the time. I'd rather have the white than the yolk. At least the white is lower in cholesterol.

I don't know but what for some things people just might get paid. I've seen a lot of adds asking for test subjects over the years.

If protein helps then eggs should help if you like eggs. I east deviled eggs and sometimes a fried egg. Ma got some rings so she can do eggs on sandwiches like McDonalds does.

I have those rings too. Perfect on an English muffin!

The white has no cholesterol, I don't think, and no protein either and practically no nutrients. Its only real purpose is to hold the yolk in place, and the chick, if one develops, so they don't crash against the inside of the shell and get damaged. I believe it's mostly water. I was reading about it the other day.

The white part?? Oh..I have to tell my daughter this. She gets sick eating eggs. I don't think she's ever separated the yolk and white. Interesting!
