Gmorning all,sleep was bad last night. Woke up choking . Couldnt draw a breath. Scary. Then nightmares that I dont remember now and freezing and sweating under a blanket. It was 68 in my room.
Always complaining. I get tired of hearing myself. Wheres the good news at today? Anyone?

I do the same with the choking and can't breath when I have fallen asleep with my chin down..especially on my left side. Scary as .. heck.

Been to eye dr this morning, then lunch with GC. Now sitting at the tire place waiting for car to get an oil change bc the little light shaped like a wrench lit up. Good thing I put a chuck roast in the crock pot this morning with potaters, onions n carrots!
